Sime Darby Auto ConneXion-Ford (Auto ConneXion), the sole distributor of Ford vehicles in Malaysia, introduced the Ford Mobile Service (FMS), which is set to redefine aftersales service by delivering professional maintenance and light repair services directly to customers’ doorsteps. Kicking off with a pilot programme at the Ford Ara Damansara dealership, this initiative is designed to make car maintenance more accessible and convenient for customers, eliminating the need for a visit to the service centre while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
Designed with customer flexibility in mind, the FMS enables customers to book Ford-certified technicians to carry out a range of essential maintenance services at their preferred time and location. These services include engine oil changes, multipoint inspections, battery replacements and wiper and filter changes, among others. All services are performed using genuine Ford parts and manufacturer-approved tools, ensuring peace of mind and trusted performance.

Our Ford Mobile Service operates from Monday to Friday, offering four service slots from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM and Saturday with two service slots from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A fixed call-out fee will be applied to locations within a 20-kilometre radius of Ford Ara Damansara, with additional charges for distances beyond the area. Starting in June, customers can book appointments through the SDM OneGo app, available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. The app enables users to schedule appointments, select preferred times and service locations, and manage bookings with ease. Alternatively, customers can also book appointments through Ford Ara Damansara's customer service hotline at 03-7621 5111.
To celebrate the launch, Auto ConneXion is introducing an exclusive limited-time offer on the standard call-out fee, available once appointments are open for booking. This introductory offer encourages customers to experience the added ease and efficiency of the FMS.
